Heald Wins Yorkshire Business Masters 2021 Award

We are delighted to announce that Heald has been crowned the winner of the International Trade category at the Yorkshire Business Masters Awards 2021. 

The black-tie awards evening, hosted by TheBusinessDesk.com’s joint managing director Alex Turner, held around 245 guests and acknowledged exceptional businesses from across the region for their innovation and resilience in their successes over the previous 18 months.  

With competition from Quality Bearings Online and Trio Healthcare, Heald stood out to the judges having gained three new distribution partnerships in Germany, Sweden and Southeast Asia and completing many overseas installations during the qualifying period. 

Heald further impressed the judges with its finance and revenue growth seeing a 15.5% increase in turnover despite the pandemic, resulting in being announced as the winner.

This year’s Yorkshire Business Masters awards took place on Thursday 14 October at The Queens Hotel, Leeds.

Heald has also been shortlisted in the upcoming Yorkshire Post’s Excellence in Business awards which will be hosted on Wednesday, November 17 at the Emerald Headingley Stadium.
