Heald Welder Completes Apprenticeship

Heald are delighted to announce that Ryan Fishpool has completed his Level Three Advanced Apprenticeship in Fabrication and Welding. Upon completion of his apprenticeship, Ryan has been offered a permanent position at Heald.

Studying at East Riding College for the past two years as well as working at Heald, Ryan has passed several units, some of which have included developing skills in working efficiently and effectively in engineering as well as learning practical skills at Heald.

Commenting on Ryan’s success, Managing Director Debbie Heald MBE added: “We are thrilled that Ryan has completed his apprenticeship and we would like to congratulate him on his hard work and dedication to his studies. We are happy to have Ryan on board as a full-time member of the Heald team and we will continue to support him.”

Heald are a huge supporter of the apprenticeship scheme and currently have seven apprentices in a variety of sectors aiming to complete their apprenticeship. We are always encouraging staff to take part in further learning to enhance their careers.
