Heald Introduce New Mantis Shallow Mount Bollard

Following the success of our shallow mount bollard, the Fixed Raptor, Heald are proud to announce our new shallow mount HT1-Mantis bollard range.

The Mantis 80 bollard has been successfully tested to arrest a 7.5 tonne truck travelling at a speed of 80kph and our Mantis 64 tested to halt a 7.5 tonne truck travelling at 64kph. Both models are available with a range of stylish stainless steel covers, allowing architects and designers a much greater degree of freedom to integrate perimeter security with modern buildings and landscaping.

As with all Heald shallow mount security products, the Mantis 80 has an extremely low excavation depth and requires no additional rebar or precasting of concrete. This makes it one of the simplest, most cost efficient installs available today.
