Heald Achieve 90% on Customer Satisfaction Survey

We are delighted to announce that Heald has achieved 90% on our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey

The survey was undertaken as part of Heald’s ISO 9001: 2015 accreditation criteria. The result certifies that Heald has commissioned an independent customer satisfaction survey conducted in compliance with ISO/TS10004:2018: Quality Management System Guidelines. Heald was presented with the Platinum Award by Customer Surveys Ltd.

Positively, 100% of customers surveyed said they would recommend Heald and answered ‘yes’ to Heald fulfilling their requirements. Likewise, 89% of customers said they would recommend us.
