Heald is delighted to announce that we have achieved a Platinum Award for customer satisfaction for the second year running.
Achieving a satisfaction score of 95%, results from the 2020 survey demonstrated a 4% increase in the feedback achieved in 2019.
Undertaken independently by Customer Surveys Ltd as part of Heald’s ISO 9001:2015 commitment to quality management, feedback focused on Heald’s range of innovative products, attention to detail, quality of customer service and response times.
