Heald Exhibiting At Security Counter Terror Expo 2017

Heald are delighted to announce that we will be exhibiting at this years’?Security and Counter Terror Expo?(CTX), being held at The Olympia, London on the 3rd?– 4th?May 2017. 

Aligned with the UK government security capabilities strategy which is also supported by the UK Home Office, this years’ Security and Counter Terror Expo event is due to attract over 10,000 attendees and over 350 exhibitors. 

Running alongside Counter Terror Expo are a range of conferences, workshops and live demonstrations, with over 3,000 security and counter-terror products on display. The two-day event is free to attend, and you can?register here. 

On stand K55, you will find Heald showcasing a variety of our hostile vehicle mitigation products including: 

The?Automatic Matador 4, a surface mounted bollard system consisting of a baseplate with two fixed bollards either side of two central sliding bollards which move to the?side to allow vehicular access. 

The?IWA Evo Bollard,? 1000 mm rising bollard which requires an excavation depth of just 1100 mm, but is strong enough to stop a 7.2 tonne truck travelling at 64 kph (40 mph). The IWA Bollard achieved this in the stringent new IWA crash test and it carried on working afterwards.
