Heald Achieve 91% on Customer Satisfaction Survey

We are proud to announce that Heald recently achieved 91% on the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. The survey was undertaken as part of Heald’s ISO 9001: 2015 accreditation criteria. The result certifies that Heald has commissioned an independent customer satisfaction survey conducted in compliance with ISO/TS 10004:2012: Quality Management System Guidelines. This lead to Heald being presented with the Platinum Award by Customer Surveys Ltd.

100% of customers surveyed said they would recommend Heald and answered ‘yes’ to Heald fulfilling their requirements. Comments about the Heald team are included:

“They are a very friendly bunch of people.”

“Always very polite and helpful.”

It was also noted that the service Heald have provided is very professional, as well as being easy to deal with. All participants were also very or extremely satisfied with their overall experience of working with Heald.
