Telescopic Bollards
A retractable steel post specially designed to provide all round high level security for commercial premises. Day or night the 'Telepost' telescopic bollard can be used to strengthen shutters, and can help to prevent or restrict vehicle access. Easily retractable using the integral handle, the Telepost simply lifts out of the ground.
The Telescopic lockable bollard comes in 2 types:
Installation:
- Excavate 50mm deeper than the model of post to be fitted.
- Lay gravel in bottom of hole 60mm deep.
- Fit post into pit. NOTE: THE CLOSED LID OF THE TELEPOST SHOULD BE 10mm ABOVE THE GROUND LEVEL.
- Fill to within 300mm of ground level with as dug material.
- Check post for plumb then concrete to road level.
Telescopic Bollard
A spring loaded staple automatically projects when at maximum extension and is secured by a single padlock. When not in use the post slides into the ground, leaving just the lid visible. The padlock can be attached to the handle and housed beneath the hinged lid.
A Removable Socketed version is also available.
Padlocks not supplied as standard.

Telescopic Bollard with integral lock
The Telescopic Security post has a ten pin anti-drill push button lock housed within the internal sleeve, thus eliminating the need for separate padlocks.
The heavy duty design with stainless steel lifting handle, lock cylinder and lock cover is available galvanised as standard with the option of powder coating in a range of RAL colours.
