K12 CRASH RATED HCR4M1200RB
As part of our continuous testing of our unique design, we undertook a further crash test using the same blocker as previously, and proved the strength of our system by pitting the Road blocker against an American truck. Travelling at 80 kph the truck was disabled upon impact. The vehicle did not penetrate past the front face of the Roadblocker, thus conforming to the British Standard PAS 68: 2007, and was also awarded the D.O.S Crash rating of K12. The blocker once again continued normal operation after removal of the sacrificial front radius plate.
Heald's HCR4M1200RB has been repeatedly tested and has been proven to withstand secondary attack situations.
The Pas 68/K12 1200 RB holds a Secured By Design licence.
